Are you a credentialed BCaBA seeking a full time school based role, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional growth? Look no further: Ro Health is hiring a BCaBA to join our Behavioral Services team in San Diego.

This role focuses on supervising RBTs in school settings while collaborating with BCBAs. You will play a key role in strengthening behavioral programs across TK through Adult Transition settings.

This position provides the required monthly supervision and opportunities to support clinical growth and BCBA pathway goals

Overview:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Employment Type: Full Time
• Location: San Diego (In person) 
• Compensation: $38 – $43 per hour depending on experience
• Start date: January 2025 
• Bonus: $1000 

What You’ll Do:

• Provide supervision and support to RBTs in school settings
• Collaborate with BCBAs and staffing partners to support service delivery
• Offer behavioral intervention support and resources
• Work across TK through Adult Transition programs
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)

Qualifications: 

• Active BCaBA credential (please include certification number on your resume)
• Reliable form of transportation (commute between school sites)
• Experience or interest in school based behavioral services
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
